At the Onslow Victims Center, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our services are designed to empower survivors, ensuring they have access to the resources and assistance they need to begin their healing journey.
Our Services Include:
- Case Management: Confidential support services, safety planning, advocacy, and self-sufficiency to survivors and their families.
- Emergency Shelter: A confidential safe house for victims and their children who have fled their homes due to domestic violence or sexual assault.
- Support Groups: Confidential support groups for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
- Court Advocacy: Our legal advocate prepares clients for court hearings, assists with protection orders, and helps with paperwork and enforcement. They also find low-cost legal services and offer information about court procedures and referrals for individuals seeking protection.
- Hospital Advocacy: Responds to Onslow Memorial Hospital for adult survivors who present initially after an assault.
