For Survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault

Beginning December 2025, support groups will be offered twice monthly in a safe, supportive space for survivors seeking connection and healing.

1st and 3rd Wednesday

5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Mental health and coping
Healthy relationships
Self esteem and empowerment
Safety planning
Healing after sexual assault

Additional Information

Open format group
No attendance requirements
Children are not able to attend

Registration Required

Register by 12:00 pm noon the day before group
Space limited to 10 participants
