Shelter Manager & LAP Coordinator
As the Emergency Shelter Manager, Le’Anna oversees daily shelter operations, including staff supervision, essential services such as food and housing, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for individuals in crisis. She works closely with community partners to connect survivors with ongoing resources.
She also serves as the Lethality Assessment Protocol (LAP) Coordinator for Onslow Victims Center, supporting LAP implementation with law enforcement and ensuring high-risk individuals are promptly connected to advocacy and support services.
